I'm sitting in currently on the "SuperBowl Sunday + Groundhogs Day"  Illustrator Training and thought to share my simple illustrator faces.

The me photo (right) I took in class with PhotoBooth on the iMac. The bee photo (left) is of this Bee toy that rolls & buzzes around the Annenberg Library @ 3620 Walnut St.

The bee is my muse. Not sure why I'm obsessed with the bee, but it's true.

Thoughts on selecting the skin color for a simple face illustration. This entails a moment of 'oh, these numbers (specifically, C: 0%; M: 17%; Y: 21%; K: 0%) are good enough to represent me'. A suspect moment of quantifying flesh tone.

When I use emojis I always leave them as default yellow. Maybe I should only use the Beemoji? 🐝
